      Seogwipo KAL Hotel has 15 pure ondol rooms. For more room information, please visit the website or contact the reservation room.


      ♦ Which room should I use for a family trip?
      I recommend an ondol room or a twin room with a double bed + a single bed.
      Ondol rooms can be used by up to three people, including two standard people, and are suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child family. Seogwipo KAL Hotel has 27 ondol rooms (15 pure ondol rooms and 12 ondol rooms with double beds). The pure ondol room is equipped with two bedding, and you can request an additional bedding according to the addition of the number of people.
      Twin rooms are for customers who prefer bedrooms to ondol rooms. Twin rooms are available from standard rooms, deluxe rooms, and suite rooms, and you can request extra beds depending on the number of people staying in the suite room.
      An additional fee will be added for an additional person of two or more people, and the additional amount will be 35,000 won for one adult or two young people.


      ♦ Standard room size?
      The standard room size is from size 22.4㎡ to 28.5㎡. For all rooms for 2 people, up to 3 people can stay, and the additional fee is separate. The additional fee is 35,000 won per person.


      ♦ How much is the additional fee for using the Seogwipo KAL Hotel sea view?
      It costs 30,000 won per night for regular paid guests and 3,500 miles per night for mileage users.

      ♦ How do I check and cancel my room reservation, and until when can I do it?
      Customers who make reservations on the website can check the reservation number issued at the time of reservation. Reservations through online travel agencies can be confirmed by phone during each online site or reservation center operation hours.
      Cancellation or change of reservation is free until 15:00 a.m. one day before check-in. Subsequent cancellations will incur a 100% fee for the first day of accommodation. However, flight cancellations and natural disasters are excluded. (Evidence is required depending on the situation.)
      If you book a room with Korean Air mileage, you can cancel until 15:00 a day before your stay, and 100% of the mileage will be deducted as a penalty from cancellation after 15:00.
      Cancellation and change can be handled accurately only by phone, and if you cancel before 15:00 a.m. one day before check-in, we will refund the entire reservation fee and room fee paid in advance.
      *If you are an Internet reservation customer, as above, please contact the reservation center directly when canceling or changing your reservation.


      ♦ Is it possible to pay for the room in advance?
      After applying for a reservation, you can pay the accommodation fee through a deposit or card payment without a bankbook. If you want to pay in advance, you can call the reservation center and authenticate yourself.

      ♦ What are the room check-in and check-out times?
      Check-in at KAL Hotel starts at 15:00, and check-out is until 12:00.
      Check-in and check-out times may change depending on hotel conditions to minimize congestion for customers during the peak summer and holiday seasons.
      If you wish to check out late, the availability will be determined by the hotel's reservation on the day, and you will have to pay 30% of the normal rate by 3 p.m., 50% of the normal rate by 6 p.m., and 100% of the normal rate after that.


      ♦ What items do you have in your room?
      Items in the room include a TV, an electric pot, 1.5 liters of bottled water, coffee, green tea, gown, and a mini bar (paid). The bathroom is equipped with soap, towels, cotton swabs, cotton pads, shampoo/linx/body wash/lotion, and a hair dryer. Toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor are sold in the mini bar in the room.


      ♦Do you have baby supplies available in your room?
      We provide free rentals for cribs, strollers, and baby bottle sterilizers. We will prepare it if you request it when booking a room, and we have electric ports for all rooms.


      ♦ Can guests use the fitness center and swimming pool?
      Guests can enjoy a 50 percent discount on the one-time admission fee (W25,000), including a fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna. Available from 06:30 to 21:00 every day (but open every Monday until 18:30) and the last Monday of every month is a regular holiday.

      There is a personal safe in the room, so you can store your valuables conveniently and safely.

      It takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes from the airport (₩ 600-adult ₩ 5,500 / student ₩ 4,400 / postmark ₩ 2,800). Airport bus 600 is available at a stop located at exit 5.


      ♦ Where do you recommend Seogwipo KAL Hotel as a "surrounding tourist attraction"?
      Nearby tourist attractions, which take about 5 to 20 minutes on foot from the hotel, include Jeongbang Falls, the only place in Korea where you can see the waterfall falling directly into the sea, Lee Jung-seob Street where you can appreciate the paintings of painter Lee Jung-seob, Cheonjiyeon Falls where you can enjoy night tours, Olle Market where you can enjoy various foods, and Oedolgae, and Seogwipo Natural Recreation Forest, Donnaco Valley, Jusangjeolli, Yeomiji Botanical Garden, Jungmun Beach, Pyoseon Beach, and Wimi-ri Dongbaek Colony are located about 30 minutes away by car.


      ♦ Can I rent a laptop and use the Internet?
      Laptop rental is available at the concierge desk, and there is a rental fee. The laptop rental fee is 11,000 won (including VAT) for 24 hours. The Internet in the room can be connected wirelessly and without a password.


      ♦ Can I rent a wheelchair and a stroller?
      Both strollers and wheelchairs can be rented for free, and if you tell us in advance when booking a room, we will prepare it. It can only be used inside the hotel and cannot be used outside.


      ♦ Can I send the items to the hotel before my stay?
      Before you send the item to the hotel, you can tell us about it by phone with your reservation. After confirming your reservation, we will keep it at the concierge desk for a certain period of time and deliver the item to you on the date of your stay.

      ♦ Is the mileage product available only for your stay? Can I use it as a family sum?
      Sky Pass Mileage products are a special service unique to Korean Air that allows you to use the hotel by deducting the mileage accumulated regardless of the purchase of mileage tickets. If you use the product through mileage, you must include the member among the hotel guests, and if you are unable to stay, you can make a delegation and family membership reservation only for guests registered as family members. Delegation and family membership reservations can be made through the Korean Air website. (Wired reservation not allowed)


      ♦ How do I earn discounts and mileage for SKYPASS members?
      "SKYPASS" is a frequent flyer system that earns mileage as a gift for Korean Air and its affiliates and provides bonus benefits accordingly. Our KAL Hotel is a special service for SKYPASS members and offers discounts (50% on weekdays, 30% on Fridays to Sundays) from the normal room rate, and a 20% discount is applied during the peak season (7/15-8/25, year-end and New Year's holidays). We also offer 500 miles per stay. To accumulate mileage, please check your SKYPASS membership number when you book a hotel and tell the front desk when you check in. Mileage accumulation takes one to two weeks, and if you miss mileage, you must request it within six months from the first date of use.
      *Note: When making a reservation and checking in, it is mandatory to present a SKYPASS card, and the peak period can be changed depending on the company's circumstances
